Nigel Arbia
Nigel Arbia founded GlobalWorks with a relationship-led approach to search: understand companies and professionals before a critical vacancy becomes urgent. The business is now focused on the engineering teams building and deploying physical technologies, primarily in the United States.

Our primary practice centers on robotics, autonomy, hardware and manufacturing. We work with engineering-led businesses on specialist and leadership hiring. Built Environment enquiries remain available through a secondary practice.
